Safeguard Your Manufacturing Business With Informed License Counsel

There are several steps and regulations you must follow in order to manufacture liquor products. Liquor amounts produced per year, the size of your business, federal approvals and more factors into the legitimacy of your manufacturing license. A lawyer with a background in liquor license consulting can guide you through the process.

At Winship & Friedrichs APC, we offer extensive liquor licensing counsel. Our California firm has over 20 years of experience assisting companies with what they need to begin and maintain their right to operate.

We Can Cover All Your Bases

There is a range of alcohol amounts that a manufacturer must produce per year – this will depend on the size of your business. That is, you must produce enough to comply with the terms of being a manufacturer. You also cannot go over your approved limit, and manufacturing brewing systems must produce at least seven barrels per cycle to comply with license terms.

What’s more, you will need approval on a federal level from the Alcohol and Tobaccos Tax and Trade Bureau. It is only after your approval that you can purchase a manufacturing license. Note also that California has limits on how many licenses it issues in each county at any given time.

Free Your Licensing Burdens

Administrative barriers in liquor manufacturing can be complex enough without the added stress of licensing. Winship & Friedrichs APC can bear the load with efficiency. We offer free consultations. Call our office in San Diego at 619-297-0066 or contact us online.
